To renew a licence for a vehicle registered under your name, you need to present the following documents
- Your ID.
- Proof of residential address .
- Your motor vehicle licence renewal notice / Picture of Disc.
- Permission letter.
For a vehicle registered under an organisation or company name, you need to present the following
- The business certificate of the organisation and Cipc or CK.
- The ID of the proxy.
- Permission on Company letterhead signed by Proxy.

Transaction fees are not included in the service fee. Transaction fees are calculated and paid to the authorities. Clients then need to make payment upon receipt of invoice to MRL before transaction will be processed and documents released.
