To register a vehicle to a company’s name for the first time, the company must submit the following documents:
- Proof of Address ( Company )
- South African Identity Document of Proxy/ Representative
- CIPC DOC / CK Documents
- Letter of Appointment of Proxy and Representative

Transaction fees are calculated and paid to the authorities. Clients then need to make payment upon receipt of invoice to MRL before transaction will be processed and documents released.
